FCC S.A. Welcomes Students for Another Edition of the Careers Almanac Program

In April, FCC S.A. held the first 2026 edition of the Careers Almanac Program. The initiative is part of the company's corporate volunteer program and aims to encourage the professional development of teenagers through the sharing of academic journeys and professional experiences by volunteer employees. The proposal is to inspire students to value academic education as an essential step toward building a successful professional career.

In this edition, FCC S.A. welcomed teenagers from Ser Cidadão, an institution supported by the company through an incentive law. The participants are enrolled in a university entrance preparation program focused on STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

The program included presentations on different professions and a tour of FCC S.A.'s facilities, providing opportunities for learning and exchanging experiences. The initiative broadened students' perspectives on the importance of education, dedication, and work as tools for social transformation and personal development.
