FCC S.A. Participates in the 2026 Career Fair Organized by SerCidadão

Representing FCC S.A., Neide Dantas, People and Culture Manager, took part in the opening panel with the presentation “Youth and Technology: How AI Is Shaping the World of Work and Our Tomorrow.”

Throughout the event, FCC S.A. also contributed to different activities in the program:

• Experience Sharing Panel, featuring Evellyn Cavalcante and Roberto Silva;
• Technical workshop about FCC S.A., its business segment, and applications, conducted by Carlos Cholodauskas;
• Lecture “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace,” presented by Simone Weydtt and Eliane Pereira.

In addition to participating in the technical program, FCC S.A. hosted an interactive booth during the event, engaging attendees, through quizzes, distribution of institutional materials, and seedling donations, reinforcing the importance of sustainability, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.
