Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. (FCC S.A.) will be sponsoring the 23rd edition of the Brazilian Catalysis Congress (CBCat), one of the most important scientific events in the sector, which brings together researchers, professors, students and professionals from the chemical industry.

The congress will be held between September 21st and 26th, 2025, in Natal (RN), organized by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and the Brazilian Catalysis Society (SBCat). This year’s theme will be: "Catalysis for a Sustainable Energy Transition".

In this edition, FCC S.A. will also have the honor of participating in the scientific program:

Technical Consultant José Marcos has been invited to join the event’s scientific committee as coordinator of the thematic axis "Catalysis in Refining, Petrochemicals and Fine Chemicals".

Furthermore, José Marcos will give a lecture at the Catalysis School on the topic of "Boosting Ideas and Knowledge for a Sustainable World", a pre-event that will take place between September 18th and 20th at UFRN. His presentation is scheduled for September 20th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

FCC S.A. invites all congress participants to visit its exhibition booth, where it will be possible to learn more about technological solutions, exchange experiences and strengthen collaborations aimed at scientific and technological progress in the area.
