FCC S.A. launches exclusive reporting channel for women

Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. (FCC S.A.), by implementing an exclusive reporting channel for women, is moving forward its safety and respect practices in the workplace. The operation of the new channel is independent, thus, it ensures impartiality in the investigation of incidents. The employees can submit their reports freely, so they can opt to be identified or remain anonymous, always with complete confidentiality and protection guaranteed. Additionally, the channel is 24/7 available and can be accessed from any device.
