Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. (FCC S.A.), by implementing an exclusive reporting channel for women, is moving forward its safety and respect practices in the workplace. The initiative was created to support employees who is willing to report cases of harassment, discrimination, or any form of violence by providing a space for attentive and confidential listening.
The operation of the new channel is independent, thus, it ensures impartiality in the investigation of incidents. The employees can submit their reports freely, so they can opt to be identified or remain anonymous, always with complete confidentiality and protection guaranteed. Additionally, the channel is 24/7 available and can be accessed from any device.
The creation of the dedicated channel for women expands the actions already taken by the company towards more inclusive practices. The initiative also demonstrates FCC S.A.'s care for the well-being of its teams, strengthening the internal culture and contributing to the creation of a workplace based on respect and integrity.
