The technical service engineers of the commercial department of Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. operate exclusively for each customer, widening the relationship with refineries, taking into consideration their specific characteristics and the types of catalysts they use, besides having service in Portuguese, Spanish or English as a differential.

For such purpose, we count on the versatility of the professionals, who hold deep knowledge on the refineries’ reality. They follow up the performance of products in the customers’ units, monitor results, show how to increase gains, work adequately, obtain more profitable product profiles and adopt economical proceedings, also giving advice in challenging projects and operations.
For this strategy to function, the technical service engineers act proactively with the refineries, operating side by side with the customers, establishing a fine tuning between the product and the unit, bringing additional gains with the formulated catalysts, being available for personalized service and always quickly answering the requests and complaints submitted, also operating in the resolution of problems.
Among the provided services, we offer after-sale assistance, fixed and itinerant training and courses given by specialized professionals, including operators having an ample experience of a refinery’s daily routine. This training can be made in Portuguese or Spanish.

Description of Services
• Regular visits for in loco follow-up of the performance of the used catalyst and/or additive;
• Technical assistance visits for urgent or specific questions and problems;
• Visits for the follow-up of tests of the catalyst, of the additive or of the plant – REVAMP or localized alteration of project, operational alteration, among others;
• Visits to give courses and seminars;
• Frequent contacts by telephone and via the Internet;
• Sending regular technical reports and other technical information of the customers’ interest.
