On August 3rd, 2009, Rodrigo Coelho Pinto was enthroned as the new CEO of Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. and will work in collaboration with Edson Kleiber de Castilho, the present Superintendent of the Fábrica.
A Chemical Engineer with a MBA degree in Marketing, Rodrigo is back to FCC S.A. It was in this company that he started his Professional career in 1986 as a process engineer and then as a technical service engineer. In 2000 he was invited to work as a technical service manager with Akzo Nobel Catalysts, bought in 2004 by the Albemarle Corporation. He also passed by the commercial management and since March 2008 worked as catalyst sells director for the Americas. Now Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores S.A. is his new challenge.
“I expect to combine the experience acquired throughout these years with Albemarle to the challenges set forth for FCC S.A. For sure, the prior knowledge of the company will be much valuable for developing my work. Here I started my professional career and have worked with excellent professionals”, said Rodrigo, enthusiastically.
As main objectives, the new manager stresses the continuous improvement of our quality and the relationship with our clients and partners.
